Taking advantage of the synergies created by the EDO Congress 2012, the organizers of the Congress have prepared some preliminary activities to reflect on the management of knowledge in organizations. The first of them will take place on Monday 21 May at the Center for Legal Studies and Specialized Training in Barcelona and will be attended by Javier Martínez Aldanondo.
Martínez Aldanondo is one of the best specialists in e-learning and knowledge management in the Spanish-speaking world. In particular, his way of understanding these disciplines emphasizes pedagogy and learning for its own sake, rather than technologies. Martínez Aldanondo thinks that the best way to learn is “learning by doing”, and not by memorizing what a teacher explains in the classroom. Often he says: “You practice, we help you”.
