The EDO group and the CEJFE organize the III Conference to discuss and reflect on recent experiences in organizations of great prestige and inspiring stories in the new scenarios of work in learning.
Under the title Action Learning Experiences, two round tables and two participatory workshops are scheduled. Its ultimate goal will be to show the best path to follow to make the transition from traditional to new practices quicker. Innovative proposals such as social and situated learning, corporate social networks, the model 70 20 10 and the effective participation of professionals, as well as their involvement in new practices, will be the axis on which the programming of the day will revolve.
In broad outline the program of the day is as follows:
- Presentation: Gabriel Capilla Vidal.
- Round table: Experiences applied to the social and organizational apprenticeship (María Luisa Izquierdo, Ramón García Espeleta, Javier Miranda Gil and Virginio Gallardo Yebra).
- Debates: Good practices in knowledge creation and management (Joaquín Gairín Sallán and David Rodríguez-Gómez).
- The model 70:20:10. International Experiences (Graciela M. Falivene).
- Corporate social networks in the Public Administration (Amalaia Lopez Acera).
- Participation in the post-participation era (Luis Angel Fernández Hermana).
