The meeting of RETINDE, an entity to which the EDO-CRiEDO belongs as a founding entity and whose public part is open to the participation of educational researchers, will take place at the Faculty of Education of the University of Barcelona over the course of two days. Among other activities, the meeting will feature the conference “The challenges of educational research in Spain”, by Miquel Martínez Martín.
These second academic-scientific conferences are presented with three main objectives. Firstly, maintain a space for the exchange of ideas among the members that make up RETINDE to promote a deeper knowledge of the lines of research and forms of organization of the networks or entities that make up it. Secondly, promote and generate collaborative synergies to continue developing RETINDE. Finally, discuss the positions of the Network and establish future actions.
These days the XVI General Meeting will also be held, which will address, among other topics, its conversion into an association and the calendar of the next elections for the Executive Commission. Professors Aleix Barrera, Anna Diaz and Joaquín Gairín will participate in this meeting.
RETINDE, the Transdisciplinary Educational Research Network, was created after a long period of conversations and meetings between professors of Educational Sciences from different universities. Conversations that tried to respond to the increasingly widespread awareness that the historical and traditional fragmentation, by themes and areas of knowledge, of university education teaching staff, only hindered an integrated, dynamic and generative development of our field. of knowledge and research.
