The objectives that were pursued with the congress are:
- Analyze and debate the reality and perspectives of training in organizations.
- Know and value studies and research related to new training modalities in organizations.
- Encourage the exchange of experiences and good practices between organizations and training institutions.
- Promote the establishment of links and joint work lines between university and society related to the development of new training modalities in organizations.
