The objectives pursued with the III International EDO Congress are:
- Analyze and debate the reality and perspectives of collaborative work in communities of professional practice.
- Encourage the exchange of experiences and good practices on the promotion of learning in the workplace.
- Promote joint lines of work between University, Public Administration, educational system and private sector in the field of the creation and management of networked knowledge.
- Know and value the studies and research related to learning in the workplace, informal learning and knowledge management.
- Establish institutional links to enhance the analysis of collaborative network work and its role in organizational development.
- Promote the establishment of links and joint work lines between the university and society related to the development of new training modalities in organizations.
