The professional development of secondary school teachers: Incidence of some personal variables and professional performance

The present work of investigation, this sustained in knowing if the incidence of some personal variables a) the attitude, b) the satisfaction degree and those of professional performance c) the academic degree, d) the colaborativo work, are related to the Professional Development in the educational ones of secondary. Within the raised objectives we mentioned the following ones: a) To describe to the influence and relation of the variables attitude, degree of satisfaction and academic degree in the colaborativo work developed by the educational ones b) To base on the professional development (internal and external factors), reviewing representative authors and theories related under the scheme of the colaborativo work like main axis c) To construct, to adapt or to adopt the necessary instruments for the analysis of the incidence of the internal and external factors in the professional development of the educational one d) To create a model for the educational professional development that observes colaborativas strategies that it promotes practices it professional under the optics of the investigation-action. This investigation has a design of descriptive type with a mixed approach, reason why a study to the professionals of secondary was made again of the state the Nuevo León, (México), studies a general approach and another specific one, works data of type qualitative (N= 61) and quantitative (N= 326), that allow to reach the objectives and to give answer to the made expositions. Within the obtained results we found, that the relation but hard of personal variables a) attitude, b) satisfaction degree and those of professional performance c) academic degree d) the colaborativo work occurs between the attitude, the degree of satisfaction and the colaborativo work, that is to say, to better attitude, greater degree of satisfaction and greater collaboration and to the inverse one and that the academic degree does not have significant relation with the attitude, the degree of satisfaction and the collaboration in relation to the professional development. Vision: To form conscious teachers of its practice through the investigation-action, generating professional happy in its educative work that ethical values practice traverse of a constructive, scientific development professional humanistic and shared in common integral. Objectives: a) To improve the professional development, through the investigation of the educational practice, hitting in the index of advantage of the students, forming during its process educational more analytical, reflective, critical and propositive, b) To develop intellectual, procidimentales and actitudinales competitions, abilities through the investigation of the educational practice and the inclusion, to respond to the demands of the society, c) To foment the culture of the shared in common value through colaborativo work, d) To create scholastic centers of level of secondary vanguardistas in educative investigation.
