Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Master’s Degree in Research in Education and PhD in Education by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) with the thesis entitled: “The role of school principal for the promotion of informal teacher learning in the schools”. She is currently Serra Hunter Lecturer at the Department of Applied Pedagogy of the UAB. She participates in several institutional, national and international funded research that aim to improve educational organizations, teacher professional development and evidence-informed educational practice.
