Lourdes Murillo-Pedrosa

Lourdes has a PhD in Education from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Previously, she completed an Official Master’s Degree in Educational Research (MURE) and graduated in Pedagogy with a specialisation in training management and career guidance.

Her research focuses on analysing mechanisms and models of learning in the workplace, as well as knowledge management in the Catalan public administration. She has recently published an article focused on the necessary transformation of training and knowledge management in public administrations in the 21st century.

He has more than 5 years of professional experience in the field of educational innovation, knowledge management and research. Currently, he works as a technician at the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC) contributing to transform the pedagogical model of the institution, aligning it with the Learning and Development Model (MAD) and, therefore, promoting the management of change through the development of strategic projects and the development of tools and instruments.

Research lines: Knowledge management, critical knowledge, generational change,workplace learning, intergenerational knowledge, informal learning, Catalan public administration.
