XVIII Teaching quality conference
On November 12th, the XVIII Conference on Quality in Teaching took place in online format.
The program of the XVIII Conference on Quality in Teaching aimed to focus on the importance of managing results in educational centers. Organizations must be able to develop strategies to make it more agile to help achieve good sustained results over time.
Joaquín Gairín participated in the conference by speaking on the management of results in educational centers. The results give us information about what is happening in the center and in its surroundings to know realities in which to intervene, to understand the causes that provide success in the future and act accordingly. The centers compare the key results with other organizations to understand the data in the context, detect good practices and provide a benchmark that determines new improvement objectives, establishing a monitoring and evaluation system for them and their activities to ensure a correct development or reorient the established strategy. The purpose of the analysis of the data obtained is that learning is useful for continuous improvement, innovation, excellence in results and for the satisfaction of stakeholders in the present and the future. If we improve the organization of our centers, we can improve our results.
