The free and online workshop "Lean Startup for Training Center Managers" took place between 26th and 30th April.
Between 26th and 30th April, the free online workshop "Lean Startup for training center managers" took place, organized by EDO-SERVICIOS and given by Sébastien Bauer, co-director of the New Business Creation program. This workshop presented two of the six workshops based on Lean Start-Up, Design Thinking and Jugaad methodologies aimed at the creation and transformation of schools and training centers. The objectives of the workshop were the following:
- identify the main keys to design educational products that fit your needs and preferences in your market,
- describe the Lean Start-Up and design Thinking methods and their application to the educational field and,
- identify and resolve the uncertainty in the design of new training actions.
