Webinar on Governance and Evaluation of the Impact of University Extension

On June 30, 2026, the FUESE project is organizing the international seminar titled “Governance in the Evaluation of the Impact of University Extension: Results and Lessons Learned.” The event will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in Central America), in a virtual format via the Zoom platform. Registration is free.

This event is conceived as a meeting space to share knowledge, experiences, and innovative tools related to the evaluation of the impact of university extension. In this context, the webinar aims to:

  • Share the main results and lessons learned from the FUESE project.
  • Present a model for evaluating the impact of university extension.
  • Showcase developed outputs, such as a web platform, the systematization of best practices, and a toolbox for implementation.
  • Create a space for reflection on how to incorporate this evaluation into university governance.

The webinar is addressed to university authorities, planning officers, extension program coordinators, and project participants. The session will include several presentations on the project’s context and objectives, the conceptualization of university extension, the methodological development of the evaluation model, and the presentation of results. A participatory space is also planned to discuss how to implement this model across different institutional contexts.

CRiEDO’s participation in the FUESE project reinforces its commitment to educational research, knowledge transfer, and the improvement of university practices. This international collaboration contributes to generating evidence and tools that highlight the social impact of universities and promote more open, responsible, and socially transformative governance models.
