VII CoP Session in knowledge management
On March 28th, the VII session of the CoG of CGC will be held at the installation of the Parc de Salut Mar of the Estació de França
On Thursday, March 28th, the seventh session of the Community of Practice on Creation and Knowledge Management will be held, aimed at knowing the keys to designing protocols, instructions and other knowledge assets to facilitate learning. The session will be held at the Parc de Salut Mar (Station of France).
To begin the session, the members of the organizations will share with the rest of the community the different examples of protocols, instructions or other knowledge assets of the respective organizations; so the assistants can know the experience and real examples that are being used.
The session will continue with the design and dynamization of knowledge assets for the transformation of organizations, led by Daniel Iniesta (Director of People and Development) who will share with his assistants his experience in the management and dynamization of knowledge assets in the projects of organizational transformation.
To close the event, a debate will open in a "world coffee" format to identify how they should be and what should be avoided to generate value from knowledge assets that facilitate learning and the reuse of previous experiences.
