ASCENT – Soft skills

From March 25 until March 28, the third training module of the "ASCENT - Competition Centers for Automotive Engineering and Sales Management will be carried out to increase the positive impact on regional economic development in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico" .

The project, funded by Erasmus+ and in which the EDO Group collaborates with the coordination of two work packages, seeks to close the current gap between the needs of the labor market and educational offers supporting IES in the advancement of its knowledge in automotive engineering and sales.

Diego Castro and Anna Díaz, of the EDO-UAB Group, will collaborate in this third formative module, which will be based on social skills, in which teachers and administrative staff of the Latin American universities associated to the project will participate. Both will be the instructors of various activities that will take place on March 25 and 26, will direct the following activities focused on how to communicate: "Beginning: Expectations and Introduction", "Introduction to skills and abilities," "Introduction to communicative skills - Communication workshop "," Presentation techniques ", and "Workshop: How to sell your ideas and yourself".

The sessions will take place at the Sergio Karakachoff Building, in the center of classrooms of Postgraduate (Room 106) of the University de la Plata (Argentina).
