VII CIEDO conferences have been confirmed

The speakers of the VII CIEDO 2023 will be Amalio Rey, Delio Ignacio Castañeda, Ana Neves and Ivan Bofarull.

Seven months from the celebration of the 7th edition of the International EDO Conference (CIEDO 2023), the final program is taking shape with the confirmation of the four main speakers and 6 of the 12 symposia planned.

Amalio Rey, facilitator of collective processes, Delio Ignacio Castañeda Zapata, professor at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Ana Neves, managing director of Knowman, and Ivan Bofarull, chief innovation officer at ESADE, will give their lectures in one of the conference days: 17, 18 and 19 May.

This year's edition, under the topic 'Collective Learning and Intelligence in organizations after the pandemic', will focus on discussing managers’ role in knowledge and talent management in organizations and corporative social networks to promote social learning as a tool to facilitate professional development and more specifically on:

  • Analyze and discuss the new approaches and strategies used in the processes of creation and management of collective knowledge and, above all, those related to the culture of learning in organizations.
  • Promote the exchange of research, experiences, and good practices on the promotion of conversation, social and informal learning in the workplace and the learning culture in organizations.
  • Value new learning formats, collective intelligence, and social participation in the development of professionals and their organizations.
  • Promote joint lines of work between the Academia, Public Administration, and the private sector on the culture of learning and collective intelligence in organizations.
  • Share and promote the key role of people in the development of organizations and society, making personal, professional, institutional, and social development compatible.
