Third edition in the good practices platform of teaching innovation

The project "Learning in the university through peer feedback" has been published on the ACUP portal on "good practices"
Members of the EDO Group have participated in the project "Improve the individualized evaluation of group projects through peer evaluation strategies and feedback", which the results have published the third edition of cases / experiences in the portal of good practices of the eight Catalan public universities (ACUP).
The project seeks the impact of peer feedback on the competence development of students. It is a practice of evaluating student learning made in group contexts, with the implementation of peer feedback. It is a teaching innovation on which research is also done to improve the teaching activity.
For this, strategies and resources that promote self-regulation in learning, critical thinking, commitment to one's own training, motivation and active attitude as competences associated with lifelong learning have developed.
This experience has been carried out with the students of the Education Sciences Faculty of the UAB. Their results suggest that giving and receiving feedback helps to improve academic contributions, having a better knowledge of the evaluation criteria and materializing self-evaluation and evaluation processes of the contributions of others.
