Symposium of the EIPSI project
From December 14 to 16, 2021, the XVI International and Interuniversity Congress on the Organization of Educational Institutions (CIOIE 2021) was hold on the Campus of the University of Almería.
Within the framework of the Congress, some members of the EIPSI project participated in the Symposium "Evidence-based educational practices to promote innovation and change in educational organizations", coordinated by Cecilia Inés Suárez, with the following 4 contributions:
- School organizations that promote the use of EBPs: Intervening factors. Georgeta Ion and Joaquín Gairín (Autonomous University of Barcelona – UAB).
- Leadership of management teams for the promotion of PBE. Saida López Crespo and Cecilia Inés Suárez Rivarola (Autonomous University of Barcelona – UAB).
- Collaborative action for the implementation of evidence-based practice in schools. Carmen Saban (Complutense University of Madrid).
- The development of evidence-informed teaching competence: learning ecosystem between university and educational administration. Carme Sanjuan (Department of Innovation and Training of the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya).
In this space, those attending the symposium were able to learn more about evidence-based practices, as well as the results of some previous research focused on the organizational conditioning factors for the implementation of this approach aimed at improving organizations.
