Success of the 4th International Conference EDO

Last 11^th, 12^th and 13^th of May the 4^th International Conference EDO “Situated Learning and connected learning: implications for work” took place in Barcelona, and whose development finished with an attendance of 335 people that participated actively in the 5 lectures, 10 oral communication tables, 12 symposiums and 6 workshops programmed. In all, more than 100 contributions were presented, which met the expectations of the attendants.

From host institutions of the IV CIEDO, we want to thank all attendants for their participation and involvement in the planned activities. Also, we want to underscore the quality of the contributions developed, congratulating specially those who were awarded with a distinction in their modality. The more relevant general conclusions  related to the objectives of the Conference that where presented as a draft in the closing ceremony are available in the following link.

Generated learning and impact from the 4^th CIEDO wasn’t all on-site, since through the hashtag #ciedo it was shared points of view, thoughts and opinions of the attendants related to the interventions. Because of that, within the 3 days of the Conference, a big impact was generated in the social networks with more than 670.000 people potentially reached and more than 1.600 tweets tweeted with the hashtag of the Conference.
