R+D+I Project conceded

The Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness has conceded the funds for developing a R+D+I “Analysis of organizational and informal learning procedures in schools. Validation of technological proposals for organizational and professional development”, in the framework of the Excellence program 2015. The project counts with a global budget of 30.250€ and it will last 3 years (from 2015 to 2017), which will be coordinate by Dr.Joaquín Gairín and Dr.David Rodríguez-Gómez.

With the developing of this Project, the team intent to analyze organizational and informal learning processes and to value the viability of using technologies linked to social media and apps for encouraging collaborative working and institutional of teachers. The products that are planned to develop include: a diagnosis of reality in school through a questionnaire about organizational learning for its application in more than 700 non-university centers;  an analysis of reality in 20 schools about the related topics; a development of a map based on technologies linked to organizational learning and to the use (or not) given by teachers in their workplace; a development and validation of apps (in 10 schools) that allow teacher collaboration; and a definition of a program that encourages knowledge and use of apps focused on professional/organizational development in schools.

The research team is composed by members of Autonomous University of Barcelona, University of Barcelona, University of Lleida and University of Leon, and it will give continuity to a work line abour creation and management of knowledge and organizational development, which was created in 2003 and since then, 3 projects have been developed about it in 2003, 2007 i 2010.
