Joaquín Gairín, director of CRiEDO, has published a paper on humanistic leadership in the journal Educadores.
Joaquín Gairín, professor of Applied Pedagogy at the UAB and director of CRiEDO, has published an article in the magazine Educadores, under the title “Humanist leadership: what is new in the scene? [El liderazgo humanista, qué hay de nuevo sobre el tablero?]”. The article has been published in issue 285 (HUMANISTIC LEADERSHIP: At the service of people [LIDERAZGO HUMANISTA: Al servicio de las personas]). The publication aims to situate leadership within organizations, to provide guidance on the development it is undergoing and to specify the contributions included under its humanist denomination.
EDUCADORES Magazine, founded by FERE in 1958, is a publication for the training and pedagogical renewal of all members of the educational community of schools, including management teams, tutors, teachers and families, among others.
