Professor Alejandra Bosco has passed away

The academic community of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona deeply mourns the loss of M. Alejandra Bosco Paniagua, Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Pedagogy.

Her professional career was marked by a constant dedication to teaching and research in areas such as learning in digital environments, open and distance education, and educational transformation.

Holding a PhD in Philosophy and Educational Sciences from the University of Barcelona, Alejandra Bosco was a member of the Research and Studies Center for Organizational Development (CRiEDO) and coordinator of the DIM-EDAINET group, where she promoted innovative projects focused on the use of ICT in education. She was the author of numerous publications and an active participant in international networks, always with an open perspective and a strong commitment to improving education.

Her absence leaves an immense void, but her legacy will live on through the people and projects she helped to build. From CRiEDO, we join in expressing our condolences and support to her family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of sharing with her the passion for education.
