Carmen Araneda defends her doctoral thesis on performance-based agreements in Chilean universities.

PhD student Carmen Araneda Guirriman defends her doctoral dissertation "Implementation of performance-based agreements in Chilean universities and their impact on academic results and institutional management", directed by Dr. Joaquín Gairín and Dr. Carme Armengol, from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, within the Doctorate in Education studies of the Faculty of Educational Sciences.

The act of defense took place on January 16th, at 12.00 am, in Sala de Graus of the Faculty of Education Sciences (Building G6/002). The court was composed of Dr. Isabel Cantón Mayo, from Universidad de León, as chairperson, Dr. María del Mar Durán, from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, as secretary and Dr. Mario Martin Bris, de la Universidad de Alcalá, as member. The qualification obtained was Excellent.
