The meeting brought together the Coordinators of the Capacity Building 2018 Projects and members of the EACEA. Specifically, the ORACLE Project was highlighted as an example in the implementation of Capacity Building projects due to its impact on the quality of Higher Education and its contribution to the attainment of human rights in Latin America.
Participants at the meeting were 400 people, including representatives of the European Union, representatives of Capacity Building projects, representatives of universities, academics and professors, members of other projects and the general public.
