Participation in the CILME conference

On 23rd, 24th and 25th of May, Marisol Galdames participated in the Leadership Conference CILME, held at the University of Sevilla.

Marisol Galdames, postdoctoral researcher at CRiEDO, attended the Leadership Conference CILME and made her contribution under the thematic line “Models of leadership that promote community construction: symbolic leadership, distributed leadership, leadership oriented to promote social justice, pedagogical or learning-focused leadership”. Marisol Galdames presented a part of the results of her doctoral thesis, with her contribution entitled “Distributed leadership: school management practices for the emergence of teacher leadership for school improvement [Liderazgo distribuido: prácticas directivas para el surgimiento del liderazgo docente para la mejora escolar]”.

The CILME conference is a space for communication and collaboration between educators and researchers on education to share and develop experiences, proposals, theories and models that promote the improvement of school as an institution, as well as of the school curriculum, school teachers and processes of management and leadership.
