Within the framework of the Orieta4YEL Project, the document 'Guidance and Tutorial Action Proposal. Strategies for action '. This document aims to provide a set of strategies and tutorial actions to educational institutions and agents involved. The strategies have been designed according to a previous diagnosis, with the aim of supporting educational institutions in preventing the risk of premature abandonment of young people in each specific context.
This project aims to develop, implement and evaluate innovative methods and practices focused on student guidance mechanisms and tutorial actions to promote inclusive education for young people who drop out prematurely or who are at risk of leaving their studies prematurely; either in formal or non-formal educational contexts. In this way, this project works to develop a diagnosis of causes and factors that serve to prevent early abandonment, to support educational actors (teachers, trainers, educators, leaders of educational institutions and other professionals) in dealing with young people who drop out prematurely or at risk of doing so, establish learning networks on how to address early dropout, and identify aspects of effective leadership in educational institutions to promote the educational and social inclusion of young people at risk of leaving educational institutions prematurely.
