The Organization for attention to vulnerable groups

The present symposium examines and reflects on experiences of philosophy, organizational strategies and practices that can help improve educational services for vulnerable groups.
The extension of schooling process enhanced the creation and development of training institutions and thus organizational approaches. The conformation and attention to groups of people was an initial problem which has not been resolved completely, so it attempts to combine the performance of the shares with attention to the training needs of persons who are considered individually.
Developed organizational proposals linked to an inclusive school raised new actions that make education a reality for all. In this regard, the focus of analysis and intervention now focuses on normalizing action regarding vulnerable group and in line with social justice.
This symposium aims to promote reflection and exchange of experiences on the philosophy, strategies and organizational practices that can help improve educational services for vulnerable groups. In this regard, it presents four contributions that are expected to give motives for learning, controversy and generation of improvement in the approaches which are currently applied.
The various contributions show the incipient nature of the problem and the dispersion of such initiatives, trying to help create a theoretical and practical 'corpus' about the reality of institutions as well as to accommodate vulnerable groups.
The Symposium will be presented under the framework of the XII CIOIE, which reflects the tradition accumulated by knowledge and effort of many teachers in DOE Area who have devoted their teaching and research capacity in the field of educational organizations in recent years.
The theme chosen for this year is "Answers emerging from organization of educational institutions", and aims to be a space in which to present new approaches to deal with the organization and management of educational institutions, with an open mind that allows rethinking about the role of educational organizations in the 21st Century.
The conference will not have a much newer structure, which is supported by plenary lectures (three foreign teachers), symposia (5x4 = 20 participants), communications and posters. Perhaps it should emphasize in media sobriety and expenses and the use of virtual registration form that will reach a wider audience.
