Open enrollment master mediation
The director of CRiEDO Joaquín Gairín Sallán is the director and also has the participation of Patricia Olmos.
The Master in Mediation: Specialty in Family Mediation and Mediation in the Spheres of Private Law empowers the exercise of mediation since it has been processed for its approval according to article 21.d. of law 15/2009, of July 22, on mediation in the field of private law. The students of this Master, once they have passed it, will be recognized, by the Center for Mediation of Private Law of Catalonia of the Department of Justice of the Government of Catalonia, the two official specialties in the field of mediation:
- Specialist Mediator in Family Mediation
- Specialist Mediator in Mediation in the Fields of Private Law
This Master empowers to be registered in the Register of mediators of the Mediation Center of Private Law of Catalonia in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of Law 15/2009 of July 22, mediation in the field of law private.
The master's objectives are:
- To know the different types of mediations and the specific actions that are required.
- To understand and know the legal framework of the act of mediation.
- To acquire the psychosocial bases to intervene in mediation.
- To know how to manage the administrative process of a mediation.
