Official Master – Research in Education
The group EDO coordinates one of the seven specialties of master's degree in Education Research at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
The Master of Research in Education at the UAB aims to train professionals from research, to respond to social demands related to academic and professional education. This distinction has been awarded by the new International Master's Program (IMP) granted by the Generalitat of Catalonia. The modules of the course for the 2017-2018 year will be held in the afternoon from 17 to 21 hours.
This master includes seven specialties in their curriculum:
- Curriculum and Education Innovation Processes
- Development and Management of Organizations to Change
- Inequalities, Research and Educational Action
- Teaching Language and Literature
- Teaching Social Sciences
- Art, Body and Movement
- Science Education and Mathematics
The EDO group from Autonomous University of Barcelona is responsible for coordinating the line on "Development and management of organizations to change. The skills acquired by students in the masters open the door to other occupations related to advice to public authorities and businesses and organizations in all areas related to education and training.
Other professional opportunities of this program are advice schools to solve problems related to education, management and editorial consulting and planning and management institutions in the field of non-formal education among many other employment options.
