- Develop, implement and evaluate guidance and tutorial action mechanisms with young people who have abandoned or are at risk of abandonment.
- Develop a training manual that should allow educators to support young people who have dropped out or those who are at risk of doing so through guidance and tutoring actions.
- Establish learning networks focused on combating early school leaving through guidance mechanisms and tutorial actions.
- Identify aspects of effective leadership in educational institutions that promote the educational and social inclusion of those at risk of dropping out of youth or at risk.
