Meeting coordination PRUNAI

On 15th July 2021 an online meeting took place between all the partners participating in the PRUNAI project.
The members of the PRUNAI project met on July 15 with the aim of reviewing the tasks carried out by the different work teams. These focused on the preliminary analysis of the results of the research questionnaire in which data have been collected from more than 2,000 academics in the Spanish field, the emptying of bibliography related to learning and intergenerational relationships, as well as the identification of strategies related to promoting intergenerational learning.
The PRUNAI - University and Intergenerational Learning project aims to combine research and innovation to analyze Intergenerational learning processes (AIG) among university faculty and, on the other hand, to validate an AIG model among faculty that contributes to learning and development organizational.
The results obtained should not only allow us to understand in greater depth the development of intergenerational learning in our universities, as well as its link to informal, organizational learning and knowledge management, but they should also provide guidelines and tools that facilitate decision-making. decisions and allow the effective development of intergenerational learning proposals in universities, desirably contributing to an improvement in their operation and, ultimately, to an increase in the quality of our higher education system.
