Available the monograph "The organizational context as a space for interventions", by Joaquín Gairín and Diego Castro.
This work, the authors are the professors Joaquín Gairín Sallán and Diego Castro Ceacero, appears in a very complex moment that has left us several lessons, among them, the importance of identifying, knowing, intervening and improving the components and organizational dynamics. Educational organizations are not just mere continents where training practices are developed; rather, they are promoters, facilitators, enhancers and stimulators of the pedagogical task itself. If in recent times the organizational study had been associated with administrative and bureaucratic aspects, the new reality has turned the discipline into an authentic tool to enhance and facilitate socio-educational action. Organizational context is part of the solution.
The work is divided into 12 chapters grouped into 4 content blocks: organizations in their context, organizational components, organizational dynamics and, finally, some differential aspects such as socio-educational organizations and university institutions.
