Innovation and quality in schools require global approaches and strategies and skilled management processes, participatory and democratic. EDO Group of the Autonomous University of Barcelona offers a while, project management training e-learning (blended learning and virtual) aimed at acquiring concepts and develop skills related to leadership, management and administration of educational institutions, both the scope of formal education and non-formal education.
On 18 and 19 October will be held the first session of the Master Degree at UAB.
This program was born out of necessity of education professionals to acquire skills that help them develop an effective way management functions and leadership of education and training institutions. Focused not only formal level professionals , this program offers a sufficiently broad to meet the training needs of teachers both want access to leadership positions , as other professionals who are developing management activities in the field of training or socio- cultural institutions with a clearly educational.
