Joaquín Gairín Sallán and international experts discuss educational leadership and innovation at an international seminar.
Joaquín Gairín Sallán, a member of CRIEDO UAB, participated in the International Seminar: Leadership and Innovation for Learning with the conference ‘Improving Education as a Challenge. Professionals, managers who learn continuously’, delving into leadership and its impact on group creativity and promoting innovation aimed at improving results in educational organizations. Dr. Glenn Hernandez Camelo from the Universidad de Investigación y Desarrollo, Bucaramanga, Colombia, also participated with his conference ‘Challenges and Opportunities of Using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Education: From the Technology Classroom to Technology in the Classroom’, exploring technological innovation through the nature of the problems and challenges of educating in everyday reality. Both conferences included the participation of Dr. Daniel Villarroel Montaner from Fundación Montaner Chile, who facilitated an innovative dynamic by conversing with both speakers, which also involved the audience.
