Our colleague and teacher Maria Pilar López Belbeze has delivered the AEMARK awards corresponding to 2022.

Within the framework of the 33rd International Congress of AEMARK held in September in Valencia, the positions have been renewed and the work of Pilar López on the AEMARK board ends. She has been on the AEMARK Board for 4 years (2018-2022) and has been in charge of managing and awarding the AEMARK awards.

The Spanish Association of Academic and Professional Marketing (AEMARK) is an organization dedicated to supporting professionals in the Marketing area, both professors and researchers as well as managers and consultants.

AEMARK's mission is to offer an environment to stimulate, promote, disseminate and apply the teaching and research of the discipline. The objectives in which this mission is specified include (a) promoting the development of teaching and research in the area of ​​marketing, (b) contributing to the dissemination and development of marketing techniques, (c) acting as a forum for debate to promote and defend the prestige of the area as a university discipline, (d) foster rapprochement and collaboration between the academic world, the professional world and public bodies whose decisions may affect our members, (e) foster contact with other organizations that have objectives similar to those of AEMARK, (f) coordinate social and professional activities that favor the exchange of Marketing knowledge and (g) develop, disseminate and defend the Codes of Professional Ethics and Conduct Guides in the area.

To achieve these objectives, AEMARK develops various activities:

  • - Marketing Congress. It is the annual congress of AEMARK, which has been held in the month of September since 1990, and in which researchers and professionals from Spain and from various Latin American countries meet to present and debate their ideas on the latest advances in marketing research.
  • - Sessions with the editors of the main Marketing magazines worldwide.
  • - Spanish Journal of Marketing Research - ESIC founded in 1997, as a result of the efforts of ESIC and the marketing professors of the different Spanish universities, and in which scientific works submitted to a prior review process are published. It is included in Scopus.
  • - Research and teaching seminars, held in January and with significant discounts for AEMARK members.
  • - Announcement of various prizes related to the investigation and application of Marketing.
