Intergenerational learning in work contexts

The Webinar "Intergenerational learning in work contexts" led by Dr. Ramona-Diana Leon from the Polytechnic University of Valencia will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. through the Teams platform. This activity is part of the dissemination activities of the "PRUNAI - Universitat i Aprenentatge Intergeneracional" project, which tries, on the one hand, to combine research and innovation to analyze intergenerational learning processes (AIG) between university teachers and, on the other On the other hand, to validate an AIG model among teachers that contributes to organizational learning and development.

Ramona Diana Leon works at the Polytechnic University of Valencia and has participated in several projects on social networks, strategic knowledge management and quality management. Over the past five years, Ella Ramona has published several books, book chapters, and articles in the field of knowledge management, strategic management, and supply chain management. Furthermore, she is a full member of the International Association for Knowledge Management and has extensive experience in Europe, collaborating with academics and managers from Romania, Spain, Greece and the UK.
