On April 21st, a new general meeting of RETINDE was held in Valencia.

On April 21st, RETINDE held its fifteenth general meeting in Valencia. Representatives from various scientific associations and research networks attended with the aim of discussing various topics of interest in the field of educational research.

Among the highlights, a position paper on educational research in Spain was approved, which will be disseminated by associated associations and entities, as well as in academic and social contexts. The execution of the RETINDE dissemination plan was also reviewed, which has already surpassed 25% of the intended objectives, and progress was reported on the study being conducted on the financing of educational research in the country.

In addition, the opportunity was taken to discuss the process of accrediting research activity and the latest news related to the unethical behavior of some researchers who, despite not belonging to the educational field, have dual institutional affiliation and receive money to publish their articles.

RETINDE is a network formed by associations, scientific societies and research groups that work in the field of educational research. Its objectives include improving educational research and its impact on society, as well as promoting collaboration between national and international associations and other networks.
