Gemma París, a member of CRiEDO, has undertaken an Erasmus+ KA171 teaching mobility stay to share teaching and research experiences with the teaching team of the Department of Art & Art Education at the Faculty of Education of Teachers College, Columbia University, in New York.
This faculty, which only offers Master’s and Doctoral programs, has been the setting where Dr. Hubard, head of the Department and specialist in Art Education and museums, has guided the training of our colleague. During her stay, she participated in Master’s and Doctoral classes and shared innovative teaching projects she leads from UAB, such as the project Interstice. Encounters between artists, children and educators , and spaces c. Artists in primary schools. This collaboration has allowed mutual enrichment and the exchange of knowledge and methodologies between the two institutions.
