Final proclamation executive commission

According to the results obtained during the process for the election of the members of the executive committee of the Center for Research and Studies for Organizational Development of the UAB, Dr. Carmen Armengol Aspar, Dr. Gabriel Izard Granados, the Dr. Aleix Barrera Corominas and Dr. José Luis Muñoz Moreno as members and members of the commission, with a total of 20 votes cast, 0 null votes and 0 abstentions.

Following the CRiEDO Operating Regulations, it is the responsibility of the general council of CRiEDO to elect its representatives on the Executive Committee. The duration of their functions as representatives will be 3 years and they must be renewed at the beginning of the mandate of each director of CRiEDO. The functions of the Executive Committee are: a) to assist the director in the development of the functions assigned by these Regulations; b) facilitate the development of all CRiEDO activities with the highest quality and rigor; c) agree on and dimension the lines of work, research projects, contracts and agreements, the provision of external services and the generation of training proposals; d) ensure that all activities carried out by CRiEDO unequivocally guide the organizational development of educational institutions; e) rationally distribute the different functions, responsibilities and tasks among the personnel assigned to the center; f) ensure the proper functioning of work teams, interpersonal relationships and the construction of a culture of collaboration among all assigned personnel; g) prepare the annual report of CRiEDO activities; h) design and supervise CRiEDO's budget; and e) control the effectiveness of all the center's resources and prepare the annual financial report.

In this way, a process started last July with the approval of CRiEDO by the Governing Council of the UAB culminates. On October 13, the General Council of CRiEDO was formed, and in an extraordinary session on the same day, the votes were held for the election of the new director, where Joaquín Gairín Sallán was proclaimed as director.

The Center for Research and Studies for Organizational Development of the Autonomous University of Barcelona is a research structure linked to the analysis and development of organizations in general, and those linked to training and education at all levels and areas in particular.
