The group EDO has been selected as one of the most educational research groups with social impact in Spain.
The work “Knowledge management in the area of Education” has been published. Experiences of groups with social impact ”, which constitutes an initiative of Dr. Noemí Suárez Monzón of the Indoamerica Technological University and of Dr. Santiago Sevilla Vallejo of the University of Salamanca for making visible the investigative work of groups with experience, experience and relevant results in educational research. The work starts from the idea that knowledge management in the area of Education has had its peculiarities and similarities in each of the regions of Spain where the groups arose and developed and that the dynamic nature of knowledge needs to be recreated and transmitted directly, as this is found in the documents, organizational routines, processes, practices and internal rules of each university.
Likewise, it considers that those who produce it do so through their individual and collective experiences, enhance organizational skills and the generation of value in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantages and, above all, the well-being of teachers, students and society in general. The work reflects that mixture of the communication network between research teachers and the opportunities that are generated from these to identify, collect, classify, validate, disseminate knowledge to achieve a benefit with these results. The research network map presented shows a global vision that points to common challenges, trends and interests.
