European Conference on Educational Research 2018

This year, from 4th to 7th of September, the European Conference on Educational Research 2018 will take place in Bolzano, Italy.

The theme of ECER 2018 will be "inclusion and exclusion, resources for educational research." The general objective of the European Conference on Educational Research is to create a platform to initiate, inform, debate and promote high quality educational research. The conference is organized by emerging and experienced researchers and builds and promotes free and open dialogue and critical discussion.

The European Conference on Educational Research (ECER) in Bolzano 2018 invites academics to reflect on the role of educational research in education reform and the imperative of constant change. The prevalence of the Knowledge Economy discourse has led education to occupy a higher place in the governmental agenda and, consequently, this political field has acquired more and more importance to govern.

In this edition, the members of EDO-UAB that will participate in the conference are: Aleix Barrera-Corominas, Anna Díaz, Joaquín Gairín, Georgeta Ion, Cristina Mercader.
