EDO group from the University of Lleida renews their website making it more accessible for those groups interested in their work.
EDO group from the University of Lleida has renewed their website. This renewal has been developed following design criteria, making their website more easy and friendly. Moreover, the renewal makes the webpage accessible through different mobile devices, which helps its consult.
Following the eagerness to transfer the knowledge (one of this year’s aims of EDO), the website presents detailed information about their professionals profile from UdL, as well as a description of their competitive and non-competitive projects that the group is currently developing, the main publications and information about scientific meetings and transfer activities developed by the group.
The main research lines developed by EDO-UDL are centred in the analysis of the new ways of organization and innovation in the framework of university teaching: ICT and e-learning in university, planning and managing education, dropout and policies of recruitment and retention; welcome and tutorship policies; boost of entrepreneurship; competencies training, long live learning, heath and activities and programs that created healthy organizations.
At the same time, currently it is open the call for inscription to their 3rd edition of a Postgraduate course in “Managing and Directing education organizations” (GEDIOE), whose purpose is to insert primary and secondary teachers to the direction office from a strategic vision perspective, change management, democratic leadership, orientation to results, decision-making from data, responsibility and managerial ethics. It is intended to develop professional key capacities of the new profile of a head teacher who boosts implication of all educational community in the same institutional project, in the framework of an environment where they should know how to extract educational opportunities, boost a networking, strategies to managing change and veil for transparency and efficiency as a condition to achieve improvement.
