Joaquín Gairín participates in the Doctorate in Management and Quality Education of UNAN-Managua.

This week Joaquín Gairín will participate as a teacher in the Doctorate in Management and Quality of Education that the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua - Managua has been doing for some years, and under the coordination of Norma C. Korea, to enhance the development of this line of academic work and research in the Latin American context.

Specifically, Gairín will participate by imparting the module on "Models of Management in Education", in addition to taking advantage of the visit he will to follow up tutorials with those doctoral students who are already doing their doctoral theses. In addition to Professor Gairín, during the year the teachers Diego Castro, who will teach the module on "Leadership, communication and negotiation techniques in education" and Professor David Rodríguez, will be present at the Nicaraguan university, who will teach the module on "Processes of innovation and inclusiveness in schools ".

This activity is part of the close relations between UNAN-Managua and UAB, which have led to the realization of numerous research projects, three of them coordinated directly from EDO-UAB (RedAGE, ACCEDES and ORACLE), as well as the prior participation of a significant number of teachers in the program of Master in Education that was given in this institution through the ICE of the UAB.
