Doctorate in Educational Management in Nicaragua
Diego Castro participates in the Doctorate in Management and Quality of Education coordinated by UNAN-Managua.
This week of April 24, Professor Diego Castro, member of the EDO-UAB, will give the module on "Models of communication, leadership and negotiation techniques in education", within the framework of the Doctoral Program in Management and Quality of Education that imparts the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua - Managua for some years and under the coordination of Norma C. Korea, to promote the development of this line of academic work and research in the Latin American context.
The module details the components and dynamics of educational organizations. Professor Castro will address aspects related to management within educational institutions, ways of transmitting knowledge and how to lead an educational project.
This activity is part of the close relations between UNAN-Managua and UAB, which have led to the realization of numerous research projects, three of them coordinated directly from EDO-UAB (RedAGE, ACCEDES and ORACLE), as well as the prior participation of a significant number of teachers in the program of Master in Education that was given in this institution through the ICE of the UAB.
