Digital Humanities UAB

For the first time, the Digital Humanities Network of the UAB will organize on April 18 and 19 a conference to make visible the digital humanities and show the projects being developed by the UAB research groups and centers in this field.

The conference will be a showcase for projects, as well as a space for reflection on what the Digital Humanities are and where they are going. The experiences of other Digital Humanities networks and associations and how to generate collaboration links will also be addressed. Throughout the conference, we tried to find new synergies, as well as establish a framework of mutual knowledge between teachers and students of the Digital Humanities projects that are being carried out at the UAB.

Joaquín Gairín and Aleix Barrera participated in these conferences presenting the activities carried out by EDO-SERVEIS in the framework of the digitization of didactic guides and other materials for courses proposed in the Blended Learning modality. Also the strategies and techniques available to the laboratory for the presentation of services to promote the creation and management of collective knowledge through the application of its own model.
