The D-Eva project now has its website available from which to publicize all its organized and produced activities.

The D-Eva project "Practical Skills evaluation with digital technology in teacher education" is part of the Erasmus + program of the European Union, specifically through the line aimed at generating associations for the preparation of digital education, and has received a total amount of €201,353.00 (Ref. 2020-1-ES01-KA226-HE-095485).

D-EVA has partners from the Netherlands, Iceland and Romania, and is coordinated from the Autonomous University of Barcelona by doctors Georgeta Ion and Cristina Mercader, both members of CRiEDO. The objectives of the project are the following:

  • Develop digital assessment resources that ensure a valid, sustainable and effective assessment of practical skills.
  • Train university faculty to use digital assessment effectively and consistently, along with improving their digital skills.
  • Provide universities with mechanisms to definitively change the evaluation culture, organically incorporating a digital solution to facilitate student learning.

Currently, the project is developing the first Intellectual Output "D-EvaBank", which aims to design and propose strategies and resources for university teachers to assess the practical skills of students in education degrees. The members of the project are writing specific strategies for the evaluation of practical skills, making a proposal for their digital transformation.

Likewise, work is being done on the preparation of internal training for the project that will help the consortium and other people involved in the institutions to be trained in creative evaluation with digital tools of learning skills. The training will take place in Iceland in January and will be organized by the partners of Inter Cultural Iceland (Iceland).
