The CRiEDO we return with renewed energy and eager to start this new course. For this reason we encourage you to continue training through the Postgraduate and Master's degrees that we promote.

The first of these is the Official Master's Degree in Management of Centers for Educational Innovation. This program is the result of the need for education professionals to acquire skills that allow them to effectively carry out management and leadership functions in educational and training institutions. Focused not only on professionals in the formal field, this program offers a sufficiently broad training to meet the training needs of both teachers who wish to access management positions, as well as other professionals who are developing management activities in the field of training or socio-cultural institutions with a clearly educational focus.

The second training program is the Official Master's Degree in Educational Research in the specialty Development and Management of Organizations for Change (E2). The specialty in Development and Management of Organizations for Change (E2) provides tools and skills to develop applied research in the context of educational organizations. Among other aspects, beyond the methodological aspects, topics related to educational change, professional and institutional development, the impact of technologies, etc. are addressed.

The third program with open enrollment is Postgraduate in Digital Teaching Competence. This postgraduate course responds to the training needs of non-university teachers who want to meet the requirements set out in the document "Digital teaching competence of teachers in Catalonia", prepared by the Department of Education, the Department of Business and Employment and the Department of Economics and Knowledge in 2018 with the aim of offering a framework to promote the achievement of digital skills (Decrees 119/2015 and 187/2015). You must also allow your professional profile to be accredited in "Digital Teaching Competence".

The last program with open enrollment is the Official Master's Degree in Family Mediation and in the Areas of Private Law. It is an advanced training proposal that, implemented since the year 2000 and with more than 14 promotions from different mediation studies, offers you the possibility of training as a professional to exercise an effective mediation function, approved and recognized by the Department of Justice of the Generalitat de Catalunya, both in the family sphere and in the fields of private law, guaranteeing high employability if we consider the existing demand for mediator figures in the school and family sphere. With a multidisciplinary approach, it has the potential to be taught from the Faculties of Education Sciences and Law and with the participation of practicing mediation professionals, creating academic and professional links that are reinforced through the practices that can be carried out in centers, services, associations and mediation spaces.
