The conclusions are a general synthesis and validated by the Scientific Committee of the articulating and most repeated ideas of the debates that they had during the development of the Congress.

The VI International EDO 20 Congress was held online on November 11, 12 and 13, 2020 under the slogan "The new knowledge management". It has been affected by the global pandemic, which required the initial date to be moved to May 2020, proposed a mixed face-to-face and online version and, finally, developed entirely online. However, the published program was maintained in its entirety, enriched by a section of thematic conversations dedicated to the new learning culture, as well as the publication of the proceedings, which were made available to all participants in digital mode, and They are available to the rest of the interested parties through the Wolters Kluwer Publishing House: https://tienda.wolterskluwer.es/p/la-nueva-gestion-del-conocimiento

The 312 experts and specialists on the subject, mainly from Spain and Latin America, actively participated in the four central conferences, the 11 symposia, the 6 workshops and the 7 round tables of communications and posters, analyzing and debating the 112 contributions selected from the 179 presented. So did 920 followers who on average participated in the Congress Twitter and other social networks such as Facebook and Instagram.
