ALFA Meeting
Joaquin Gairín participates in the Joint Coordination Activity ALFA III - Erasmus Mundus Action 2 takes place in Lima (Peru) this June.
On 25, 26 and 27 June take place in Lima (Peru) coordination of various projects funded under the ALFA program, sponsored by the European Community through the EuropeAid agency.
