Academic Recognition

Professor David Rodríguez Gómez, currently an provisional assistant professor at the Department of Applied Pedagogy of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, has received from AQU Catalunya the recognition of Advanced Research, equivalent to the position of Professor within the civil service scale. The requirements to qualify for this accreditation are:

• Be in possession of a doctor's degree.

• Demonstrate a proven research capacity with a minimum postdoctoral research trajectory of three years. For these purposes, the date of reading the doctoral thesis will be considered as initial of the postdoctoral period. Applications for people with a postdoctoral career of less than three years will not be accepted.
• Accredit, at least, three years of teaching and research activity or, as a priority, postdoctoral research (article 47 of the LUC).

The worklines of Professor Rodríguez Gómez are specified in the analysis of the processes of innovation, organizational development, organizational and informal learning, the use of ICT in schools and the abandonment and retention of university students.
