Academic recognition Georgeta Ion

Professor Georgeta Ion, currently Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Pedagogy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​has received Advanced Research recognition from AQU Catalunya, equivalent to the position of Professor within the civil service scale. The requirements to qualify for this accreditation are:

• Be in possession of the title of Doctor.
• Demonstrate proven research capacity with a minimum postdoctoral research career of three years. For these purposes, the date of reading of the doctoral thesis will be considered as the beginning of the postdoctoral period. Applications from people with a postdoctoral career of less than three years will not be accepted for processing.
• Accredit, at least, three years of teaching and research activity or, as a priority, postdoctoral research (article 47 of the LUC)

Dr. Ion's lines of work focus on educational management, the use of research evidence in educational practice, and evaluation and feedback processes in higher education.
