Políticas y prácticas para la equidad en la educación superior

The contributions that make up this publication are part of the European ORACLE Project: “Observatorio Regional de Calidad de la Equidad de la Educación Superior en Latinoamérica”, coordinated by the Organizational Development Team of the Autonomous University of Barcelona and in which more of 35 university institutions in Europe and Latin America. Beyond the presentation of the Project, conceptual frameworks related to university quality and equity are provided, a study on its situation in Latin American universities and in relation to the processes of access, abandonment, retention and graduation, instruments to diagnose and identify situations of inequality and strategies and good practices related to the topic. It is, therefore, a unique publication, as it combines conceptual, methodological and operational aspects on a topic of interest, while providing a description of the reality in a wide region of the planet.
